Welcome to Mewvellous Cat Care! By using our services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept this version simple and easy to understand.
Services We Provide
- Cat-sitting (once or twice daily)
- Overnight stays
- Day stays
- In-home injections (excluding vaccines)
- Medication administration
- Wound care and subcutaneous fluids

Booking and Payment
- Complete our Registration Form
- Await confirmation to secure your booking
- Payment is required in advance via bank transfer:

Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund or option to reschedule
- Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund (rescheduling may be offered at our discretion)
- Exceptional circumstances considered case-by-case
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate cat health and behavior information
- Supply all necessary items (food, medication, litter)
- Inform us of any special requirements
Health and Safety
Your cat’s well-being is our priority. We follow veterinary guidance for medical treatments. Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of services.
Liability
While we take every precaution, Mewvellous Cat Care is not liable for accidents or illnesses unless caused by gross negligence.
